Max's Cheese Steak

"A seriously great steak. Wow. Meat is tender and juicy, not all dry and flaky. The steak is well-seasoned and, honestly, would probably taste good plain -- no roll, no cheese or anything. The guy behind the grill is an artist, clearly taking pride in his work. Sauce and oregano were applied right down the middle of the melting provolone so that, when folded up into the roll, it distributes evenly. My favorite steak in town!"
