The red cedar Grille & Cocktails is the newest addition to the Colmar/Hatfield area, located on 309 North just down the road from the train stop
Our menu, created and handmade by the Charitos Family; third generation chefs and restaurateurs will focus on from scratch food with ingredients and styles from our local area. Whenever and wherever possible we will strive to use locally sourced, small business products. Because of our history in beer and food pairing this influence will be seen throughout the menu. The red cedar grille pays homage to our heritage with interesting spins on our ethnic favorites. With our local flavors and world flair, our style will come to life. Our live edge bar will feature unique to the “burbs” mix of domestic craft beers, wines, and spirits. Red Cedar will offer an interesting cocktail menu featuring top shelf distilleries producing, gins, vodkas, and whiskeys. Our love for craft beer will be showcased by our 12 taps, beer engine, and forty bottled beers. We have worked with our local craft beer friends to bring you a great mix of what these brewers have to have offer. We will also showcase the local wine makers with a PA wine selection unique to us.
