My mission is to lead and be part of a strong and lasting Ashtanga Yoga community in Philadelphia, a community that is dedicated to practicing, preserving, and passing on the lineage of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. I am offering to teach, as accurately and soulfully as possible, what I have learned and continue to learn from this lineage.
