Description
S. Clement's is a traditional Anglo-Catholic parish within the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Communion. The church draws members from a wide area, who appreciate the Mass in its traditional form from the English Missal, the highest standard of classical Church music, and the daily offering of the Divine Office according to the 1928 Prayer Book. The Rev'd Richard Alton, Rector.
Our Catholic faith teaches us that we have the duty and privilege of worshiping God every Sunday and Feast Day. This worship forms us into faithful members of the Body of Christ. This, in turn, leads us to the duty and privilege of putting our faith into practice in the corporal works of mercy—caring for the sick and needy, the rejected and the marginalized.
Because of this, the people of S. Clement's gather together for the sacrifice of the Mass , and for devotions and informal fellowship, and make every effort to welcome visitors and strangers. They also encourage outreach groups who look for ways to serve the community around us.
